Thirstier cars with female head

Companies with female CEO running cars with larger and thirstier engines than companies with male managers, according to a new review.

Official car company Ynnor and site All companies have examined fleets of more than 900 of the largest companies. For businesses around 200 000 cars are 90 percent of companies with male CEO and consequently 10 percent of companies with female CEO.

The audit shows that service cars in the female-led firms have higher power and higher CO2 emissions, on average, 201 horse power and 192 g / km, compared to 162 horse power and 181 g / km for the companies with the male boss.

- We have long known that women managers in large companies like to run faster and more high-powered cars, but now we get it in black and white, says Ronny Svensson, CEO of Ynnor.
